Our concierges are, as you’d expect, exceptional. There’s very little they can’t tell you, recommend for you or book for you. Interestingly, the hotel is built on the site of an old Dublin institution, the Gaiety Green cinema, where one of our concierges (Tony) used to be an usher. It’s funny that all of these years later he is still welcoming people and helping to make them comfortable.
